SnoutHub Shop is a small, independent dog shop run by real people with real dogs. When you email us, one of us reads it. There is no ticket queue, no bot, and no phone tree.

What to include

You will get a faster, better answer if you tell us:

  • Your order number, if you have one.
  • The email address you used at checkout.
  • A photo, if something arrived wrong or damaged.
  • Your dog's breed, weight and measurements, if you are asking about sizing. We would genuinely rather help you get the size right than process a return.

Where to start, by question

  • Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first, then email us if it has not moved in 3 business days.
  • I want to return something. See our Refund Policy, then email us to start it.
  • Do you ship to me? We ship to the United States and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for Canadian duties and taxes.
  • Is this right for my dog? Just ask. This is our favourite kind of email.
  • Rescue partnerships, wholesale, press or collaborations. Email us with "Partnership" in the subject line.

Orders are packed and shipped from Missouri. We are an online shop, so we do not have a storefront you can visit, and we cannot accept walk-in returns. Please email us before sending anything back.
